Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with less than 72 hours notice, you will lose your deposit for all PMU and tattoo services. A new deposit will be needed in order to book a new appointment.
If you cancel in less than 24 hours notice for all PMU and tattoo services you will be charged 50% of the service fee. No show and same day cancellations for all services, will be charged 100% of the service fee.
There is a one time exception, for cancellations that occur with more than 72 hours notice (depending on your service). In this case, you will be able to reschedule your appointment and use your current deposit towards your service.
THIS IS A ONE TIME EXCEPTION - Deposits are non refundable
